Hi!, I am Paolinsky, and I am very exited to welcome you to this new personal project. As a professional software developer I think I have some useful information that can help you to start or advance in this world.

Probably I will be writing about this topics:

 - Mindset: Software development can be very hard, but what you might think against is not because the code, it is because of how different this professional field is from all others. So, have some things in mind when you are working or searching for a job can be great.

 - Soft skills: Software development is not just code, it involves a lot more than tat, in a normal working day I spend something like 60% of my time reading code and talking with coworkers, and only 40% coding. Know what you have to say and how say it is important

 - Coding: I do not want to write very loooooong posts with lots of code, I don't want to make courses on a blog. I want to talk about some cool stuff that I find, or research a bit about some topic that I am interested in and share it with you.
